To apply, each occupant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application and pay a nonrefundable $50 application fee per person. All adults must apply and be listed on the lease.
Once your application is approved by the landlord, you will receive a lease to review and sign.
To secure the apartment and have it removed from the market, we require payment of the first month’s rent after you’ve signed the lease. This payment is nonrefundable.
Before move-in, the following are due:
-First month's rent
-Last month's rent
-Security deposit equal to one month’s rent
-Monthly water fee of $37 per occupant
-Applicable pet fees (see below)
Pet Policy: Cat fee is $400 nonrefundable. No Dogs.
